Looking for subcontractors in the area that are looking to grow with us. We have lots of projects coming up that range from Bathrooms/Kitchens remodels all the way to building ADU's and Custom Homes from scratch. We are looking for someone KNOWLEDGEABLE, professional and reliable that can take on some of our projects as we really need the help. The ideal candidate MUST have its own company, have a GC License under the state of WA and naturally have Insurance and bond. There's alot of projects out there, we know BUT this opportunity is to bring you to the bigger projects. Our projects range between 100k to 1M and we are looking for a serious partner that has it's own professional crew, prioritizes timelines and has a strong sense of how to manage budgets. Our ideal candidate would be an individual that wants to go BIG and it's serious about that. We have a vision and we are committed to achieve it. As of right now we have multiple projects to start as soon as possible and we need help from the right company. If you are a GC that is tired of chasing jobs or taking projects that are "average" which don't get me wrong, those are great specially when someone is trying to feed the family or pay the rent BUT you feel or have the desire to get to the next level, this is your opportunity. We need a GC that is serious about making things happen, that understands how important is to show up everyday at the jobsite OR have the project manager or/and the foreman depending on how you operate, how important is to professionally greet the customers and that understands why would he was chosen to do one of the projects (Assuming you were) and how we will be able to trust him/er and give him/er more jobs simultaneously or as soon as you finish the first project (depending on how big your team operation and availability) and that's simply by taking pride on their work and offer QUALITY. This project will be HIGH END and HIGH QUALITY is a must which will be compensated accordingly. Knowledge of how to use project managing software is required and its not negotiable, is pretty simple nothing too complicated but being able to enter data like daily or weekly logs, everyday pictures, shariny thoughts or/and concerns onto the computer or from your phone is a MUST.
