Who we are looking for: Our next Pool Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining all the swimming pools and spas on their route, including: balancing water chemistry, cleaning, and monitoring customer equipment. The right candidate will start and end their day from our Murrieta station. Training: Experience preferred, but no experience necessary, as we are happy to train you. Employment vs Contractor: This role is a W-2 Employee position. We provide a weekly schedule, work shirt, company vehicle, fuel, chemicals, support from Management, and the tools and supplies needed to be a successful Pool Service Technician. Daily Schedule: This position will start as a part time position during training, with potential to quickly expand to full time as your route grows. On average, work days are 8-10 hours a day, 2-4 days a week, Monday-Saturday. This is a seasonal position with potential to stay on as a permanent full time employee. There is potential for overtime. Salary (All): $18-19 per hour, depending on experience (rate increases during your 90-day probationary period). Requirements: *) Smartphone (iPhone or Android only so that you can operate the work queue app) *) Unlimited data on your smartphone, or plenty of available 4G LTE data to: - upload high quality photos throughout out the day, - run a 2-way radio app for your entire shift, - receive driving directions using the GPS app on your phone. *) Clean criminal and DMV background. *) 21 years of age or older. *) Lift up to 75 lbs, bend, squat, (most of it is just using leverage) and spend on average up to 8-10 hours on your feet. *) Possess social skills that encourage a smile, and enjoy living a positive lifestyle.
