We are seeking an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our team! You will maintain and repair production machinery. Responsibilities: Repair, install, and adjust industrial machinery and pipeline distribution systems Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment Perform routine preventative maintenance Respond to work order requests in a timely fashion Adhere to all safety policies and procedures ​Qualifications: Previous experience in machinery or other related fields Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Location: South Gate Job Duties: Ensures Operation of machinery & mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools & equipment, conveyor & overhead crane systems, production machines; good at following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions and engineering specifications; needs to be good at troubleshooting malfunctions. Industrial electrical background a plus, bilingual important (Spanish/English), 7-10 years min. experience. Hourly rate fully dependent on type of experience, ranging from $23-28/hr. or more, depending on experience Hours are full time, overtime required, x 6 days.
