Window and Door Installer EnergyGuard Windows We are a small, high quality window and door installing company that is experiencing rapid growth and looking for the right person to join our team. In this role, the window & door installer will help the truck lead ensure jobs run smoothly. They will prep the home for installation, remove the old windows & doors, replace with the new and clean-up the site upon project completion. Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Moving materials and helping prepare windows/doors for install 2. Cleaning and preparing construction site to eliminate possible hazards 3. Setting, weatherizing and finishing window installation 4. Recycling & Waste runs 5. Ensure trucks are clean and organized 6. Ensure upcharges/change orders are happening on a job by job basis 7. Proficiency on interior and exterior trim installation 8. Other duties as assigned Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of based timekeeping system. Education/Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 2 – 4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
