Description
Hi all, since we, well most of us maybe, live in Spring Glen we know what we want when we want to buy a house. Today nothing is hidden or kept from the eye to see. The kitchen is updated to the latest style as buyers seem to need. The bathroom I fashioned after a Hilton Hotel bathroom I was in. Pictures show the house's interior and one picture of the view across the street. We are on a dead end, have a fenced in yard. Stone patio A fireplace insert that throws off 5500btu's of heat. We are close to HH, Spring Glen School and yet when you turn onto my street its looks like you live in the country. I need input. Go to Zillow.com and look up 55 Ingram St. Look at all 38 pictures and tell me what is bringing people to look leave and give the dumbest reasons I have ever heard. They know what they coming to see, its all in the pictures. The last thing we priced it to sell, according to all the realtor criteria I have read about, $258,500. Please give it a look. We have to get out of here in about a month or so. My son bought a house next door to him because we are "elderly" and they close very soon. Thank you so much just for reading this. I look forward to your input.
