Looking for childcare in my home

My daughter will be looking for Childcare for two boy's ages 5 months and 2.5 years old. She has a nine year old daughter who is able to care for herself. I am the Mother/Grandma of the children, and I live in Arkansas and will be visiting my daughter from May 14th- June 14th yearly visit. While I am in town, my daughter and I will start our interview for a nanny for the boy's. We will meet with you a few times, we will require a background before we decide who we feel will be great with our children. My daughter is a Nurse and works Monday-Friday. Her husband runs his own business installing heat and air into homes all over the area, he stays pretty busy. I as grandmother of my 3 grandchildren will be very picky who we allow in our home, and most of all watch the 5 month old and 2.5 year old. The 2.5 year old knows his home, his nap-time and is mature for his age. Turn Coco-Melon on and he is a happy camper. We do try to limit is TV time, he is learning his colors, counting and learning his ABCs. Requirements below: 1. The nanny must have experience with infants and toddlers. 2. The Nanny must clear a background check. 3. The Nanny must know infant and toddler CPR. 4. You must have reliable transportation (no children with you while you are sitting with ours) 5. Absolute no drugs or drinking in our home or on the property. 6. We live in a nice area, buying our home, we expect the New Nanny to be at our home from 6:00AM-3PM M-F and we are self pay. We prefer a Good Nanny that loves children that has a lot of love to give. Our old Nanny lived in our full size basement and will be getting Married sometimes in June, 2022. She was great! 7. Serious Inquires ONLY and tell us as much as possible about you, this can help speed up the time for both of us. We will have plenty of food and snacks for our children ( Our Nine year old is very responsible and stays in the house until we get home from work). We will cook dinner for our family every night. As stated, I am the mother of my daughter and these are my grandchildren. My daughter and I will start taking interviews around May 15th, we are not looking to pay daycare prices, and this would be great for someone who is retired, on Social Security to make a little extra money.
