I want to replace a sink and cooktop

I want to replace a sink and cooktop. I bought drop in replacements so finish work will be minimal. But openings will need to be enlarged by about an inch. Maybe the sink will require new material but that material and the seam will be hidden by the flange. The counter top is Corian, I don't have the stomach for DIY Corian!
