Immediate hire Full time-$16-$40 hourly DOE Cape Cod Energy Solutions is actively seeking crew members to join our top-rated HPC company. As an expanding HPC contractor working with multiple MASS SAVE programs, we are looking for motivated individuals eager to advance their knowledge and skills. We will train the right person! Our technicians work in residential homes air sealing, adding insulation and related tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Follow BPI, Mass Save and company protocols for performance, professionalism, and weatherization work. Installation in confined or small areas such as attics, crawlspaces, walls Performs lead safe practices Load/unload work materials to/from warehouse to/from work truck or job site daily Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide units of measure, especially in utilizing a tape measure Performs lead safe practices Ability to read and interpret documents such as work orders, procedure manuals, operating and maintenance instructions Qualifications/Requirements: Have a valid MA Driver’s license & reliable transportation Pass drug test and background check Strong time management skills Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Maintains inventory of assigned tools and equipment while keeping them in good condition A PLUS BUT NOT REQUIRED 1 year MASS SAVE weatherization experience Any BPI, DOE or WAP weatherization training DOT LEADSAFE OSHA Physical Demands: Stand, sit, bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, climb Reach above head, under floor level and work from ladders Push and pull up to 50lbs. without any assistance Load and unload trucks as required Work in all temperatures and all seasons Job Type: Full-time
