Project Supervisor / Foreman; *This position is a "hands-on" team leader that can make sure the crew has tools and materials to complete daily projects. *Work with architect and/or owner and meet with inspectors as needed. *Order materials for projects to keep crews and sub-contractors on track. *Responsible for safe and clean work environment. *Have or we will pay for you to obtain an OSHA 10 (at minimum) or OSHA 30 card. Solar Installer: *Must have a pulse and be able to stand upright on 2 feet. *Must be able to read a tape measure! *Must be capable of working outdoors when it is 90 degrees or 20 degrees. **Not afraid to get your hands dirty, arrive on time and work well with other employees and sub-contractors. *** We will train the right person or persons how to install solar and set you up with a 10 hour OSHA training course. Laborer: Must have a sliver of "common sense" and a strong work ethic. *Not afraid of hard work... All pay is commensurate with level of experience All candidates should have a valid MA driver license and reliable transportation Get paid holidays (6 per year), personal/sick days (3 per year), 1 week paid vacation as well as other benefits TBD based on what you bring to the table. In total 14 paid days off! The majority of our work is between Hyannis out to Ptown, on occasion travel off cape is required. *Must be able to show up on time and not be drunk, drugged or stoned!
