Aloha, We are Ohana Cleaning and Maintenance LLC, a small family-owned cleaning and maintenance company servicing commercial and residential properties island wide. Caring for our properties involves a need for a team of trustworthy, self-driven, hardworking individuals. During this process of growth we are looking to increase our team by offering both cleaner and handyman positions. Requirements for interested CLEANERS are: -Prior cleaning experience: commercial, deep cleans, move-out cleans, realty properties -Ability to work Monday-Friday DAYS, most shifts begin between 8-10 A.M. and end times may vary. -Access to a mobile smart phone for communication purposes. -Your own mode of transportation (needs to be a car, bus is not acceptable) as properties are located around the island Requirements for interested HANDYMEN are: Prior handyman experience: minor property maintenance (ex: touch-up painting, small dry wall repairs, fixing window screens/cranks, basic fixture installations, small flooring jobs, etc.) Ability to work Monday-Friday DAYS, most shifts begin between 8-10 A.M. and end times may vary. Access to a mobile smart phone for communication purposes. Your own mode of transportation (needs to be a car, bus is not acceptable) as properties are located around the island The rate of pay starts at $15 an hour with opportunities for raises based on your performance. Cleaning supplies and tools will be provided. Your are expected to show up on time when scheduled with the provided uniform shirt and covered shoes.
