This property has been owned by an artist, a miller, a merchant and an entrepreneur and today The Acreage at Osceola and the Wild Rivers Conservancy occupy the property. They are working to preserve the bluffs, prairies, and the St. Croix River, and to help educate the people in the surrounding community and beyond.
