Handyman needed for several jobs

Description

Looking for a handyman for who can handle one or two different jobs at two different Melbourne properties. (1) Property has a tile roof that has two small leaks coming through into the house. Looking to get the areas on the roof sealed up to stop the leaks from getting through. The HOA has also sent a violation for some mold on a specific part of the roof. So also looking to get the mold cleaned off those specific roof tiles to get the HOA violation closed out. (2) Some small odd jobs around a condo that is about to be rented out. Outlet that needs to be replaced, a light fixture repair, some new outlet covers installed, refrigerator is missing a bolt/screw at the top which is preventing the fridge from being able to close properly, closet doors put back on track etc. I don't mind hiring two different people for the two different properties if need be, so if you can only handle one of the two, just let me know which one etc.
