Description
Summary
Manage the day-to-day operations of the HVAC Service Departments. This position ensures increasing levels of customer and employee satisfaction while generating revenue, and streamlining best practices and procedures.
Essential Functions
• Develop and execute a fully comprehensive training program for the HVAC Service and Install Departments, including coordination of training schedules across Sales, Service and Install with vendors, distributors and Mass Save requirements as applicable
• Work with Service Technicians to fulfill daily work orders, ensure proper billing, and meet goals and expectations
• Find solutions to and deal with customer issues that arise
Job Requirements
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work a non-traditional work week
• Excellent people skills and a focus on superior customer service
• Leadership and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and train and mentor other employees
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
• General understanding of the construction and HVAC industries
