Spend a music-filled day with family and friends while contributing to the Town of Monument parks! Multiple bands are scheduled to perform in an open field just north of the YMCA. Reckless Kelly’s string of critically acclaimed albums – Under the Table and Above the Sun (2003), Wicked Twisted Road (2005), Bulletproof (2008), Somewhere in Time (2010), Grammy-nominated Good Luck & True Love (2011) and Grammy-winning Long Night Moon (2013) – set a standard of reliable excellence and commitment to an instinctive vision of Americana. No band exemplifies the broad genre better. Kristen Foreman is an upcoming "old soul" in today's Country Music. Her voice has been compared to the likes of Reba, Alison Krauss, Lee Ann Womack, Dolly Parton and many more. It is no surprise that your ears may perk up after hearing Kristen Foreman's rich vocal. Foreman is one of the few Nashville artists that want to keep the true heart of the genre alive. Lendon James and The Highway 34 Band is based out of Loveland, CO. Raised in the boondocks of Kansas, Savanna Chestnut is a Country music singer/songwriter whose music reflects her roots. Growing up in Americus (a small farm town), Savanna developed a love for the sweet, twangy sounds of old school country music, and that is exactly what she aims to bring back to the modern country scene. -no backpacks, large bags, coolers, outside food/drinks -You may bring small chairs that will not impede anyone's view of the stage -Rain or shine - no refunds -Beer garden -Food trucks -Vendors -Reentry with wristband -Parking arrangements will be announced at a later date. **Bands are subject to change.
