Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts is excited to offer a pasta class led by Escoffier Chef Dan Widmann. Learn the craft of pasta making from Escoffier Chef Instructor Dan Widmann. This class includes how to make pasta dough and incorporates different types of dough, from flat and shaped to filled pasta. Following, we will showcase how to cook with any additional finishes and plating. Menu: Traditional Egg Pasta, Fettucini, Tortellini and Orecchiette Where will the class be delivered at? Class registrations can be refunded through Eventbrite up to 7 days prior to the class date. Class registrations are non-fundable less than 7 days prior to the class. Missed classes may not be made up. The school reserves the right to cancel any class not meeting enrollment standards and to change recipes based on product availability. *It is extremely rare for a class to be canceled due to weather. Is there an age requirement? Students under the age of 18 may attend our classes when they register and attend the class with a parent or guardian.
