Cross-Disciplinary Animal Cruelty Training
This free full-day training, presented by attorneys from the Animal Legal Defense Fund and a prosecutor from the Virginia Office of the Attorney General, will focus on animal cruelty issues that arise in criminal prosecutions. It will also address issues faced by professionals who work with individuals and families in contexts other than a criminal case—for example, crime victim services, probation officers, or dependency caseworkers.
CLE and PIC credits will be offered.
For lunch, a vegan meal will be provided or you can bring your own lunch.
