CAFE Prep is a free Culinary Arts and Literacy Program offered by Community Impact at Columbia University. Train for a career in the culinary or hospitality industry while receiving preparation for the NYC Food Handlers License Exam! One of the following literacy classes is mandatory for participation in this dual program: ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) or GED preparation classes (High School Equivalency).
