They will discuss and answer questions regarding the Real Estate Purchase contract (REPC), and a lender will present the Closing Disclosure (CD), both part of your state exams. Heather Swanger, Director of Utah Real Estate School, TSG, will present questions from the 120-hour course to prepare you for the state exams. A light dinner will be served.
