Open New York's Spring Celebration! Open New York has a lot to celebrate, and we want to celebrate it with you; join us for our first major event of the year! As last year drew to a close, we successfully helped rezone Gowanus and SoHo, and won approval for individual projects from Prospect Heights to Williamsburg to the Financial District. And as this year started, we've made two new hires to help us take our advocacy to the next level. The pro-housing movement in NYC is just getting started! We hope you'll join us for a happy hour on the Mezzanine at Essex Crossing, where we will look back collectively on what we've achieved and start laying the groundwork for victories to come.
