High intensity interval + yoga classes, brunch by Vivel, Athleta pop up shop, adjustments by Dynamic Sports Medicine, and prizes. On Saturday, April 23rd from 9AM-12PM, join us on the lawn for our Community Fit Fest. Shop, eat, and get fit with friends and family at this public event. The fest starts off with a 60-minute high intensity interval workout with instructors Jarren, Amanda, and Tami at 9AM, followed by a 45-minute yoga class with Jenny at 10:15AM. In between classes enjoy brunch by Vivel Crepes & Coffee, an Athleta pop-up shop, adjustments by Dynamic Sports Medicine, and beautiful hill country views. Grab a yoga mat and sign up for a morning of food, fashion, and fitness. We are also giving away prizes including San Antonio Spurs tickets, Athleta gift card, half off youth programs and free adult league sign up at HCI Sports & Fitness, gift baskets, and more.
