We are excited to bring one of UHD's traditions! Come out and taste the "Best Chili"! The Chili tasting includes a sample from each participating team and one beverage (soda or water included with ticket purchase, while supplies last.) In recognition of Employee Appreciation Week, complimentary Chili Cook-Off tickets will be available for UHD employees through Monday, April 18. This includes a chili tasting bowl and dessert. Please print out your ticket and present it at the ESO table to receive your punch card to sample the teams' chili. ***Children under five (5) years of age are free. ***Event is open to all UHD staff, students, faculty, alumni, friends, and family. UHD Employee Event Guidelines:On April 22, staff may attend the Chili Cook-off beginning at 3: 00 p.m., provided there is at least one person on duty in each department until 5 p.m. to accept calls, receive visitors, or transact business, as required by state law.In addition, since this is a University function, alcohol may not be consumed before 5 p.m. If employees choose to drink alcohol before 5 p.m. unless they take accrued paid leave (vacation or compensatory time).Complimentary beer for those over 21 years of age will be provided by Saint Arnold Brewing Company beginning at 4:00 p.m. with a Limit of three beers per guest.
