What to Expect:
Come join us on the covered patio of Mokah Coffee for an afternoon dedicated to mental health. The session will start with conversation and painting pots for plants, then an opening meditation before leading participants through several strategies for improving and maintaining strong mental health habits.
This event is pay what you can, with all proceeds going to benefit FearLess Dallas.
Open to all women and gender minorities.

About the Facilitator:
Ariana Hadden is an MSW student with a focus on mental health and substance abuse in her final semesters of study. Prior to pursuing her social work license, Ariana interned with the Human Trafficking Institute in Washington, DC, where she attended conferences and helped contribute to the Institute’s Annual Report. Additionally, she has interned with Phoenix House Dallas and Hope Counseling of Texas, where she has led group therapy sessions and individual counseling sessions with people of all different ages and backgrounds. Ariana’s passions lie with helping individuals not only understand the important role of mental health in their overall wellbeing, but overcome barriers to care and self-care through community/individual supports.
Location Details:
This event will be held at Mokah Coffee at Life in Deep Ellum. There is a dedicated parking lot with free parking.
