Looking for a cat

I am looking for a companion for my cat. He’s really having a hard time adjusting to being an only cat. I’m looking for a breed that tends to be more hypoallergenic (bengal, Siamese, Russian blue). A female is preferred as he doesn’t seem to do well with other males.
