Achieving success at work & in life, one conversation at a time. This training will be facilitated by certified Fierce Conversations trainer Rev. Mark Williams. In this session you will learn conversational skills and techniques that will help you as you work with others in the workplace and in ministry. It is highly recommended that you purchase the book Fierce Conversations by Susan Scott prior to attending the training. Please also bring it with you on the training day. A fee of $15 will be charged onsite the day of the event for materials and lunch which will be provided.
