Do you have a young baby? We invite babies and their families to participate in our infant study! Our study is looking at how motor development affects thinking and communication skills during infancy. If you decide to participate, we would complete 4 play-based assessment sessions at your home or in the Understanding Play lab at LSU (whichever you'd prefer) over the next 3 months. Each assessment visit is approximately 1 hour (plus any breaks for fussiness, feeding or changes). These assessments would look at how your baby moves, plays, thinks and communicates using toys and age-appropriate games to assess your baby. For each completed visit, your baby would get a toy.
