Learn how to safely preserve with the pressure canning process.
In this session, we will do hands-on learning about how to safely preserve using the pressure canning method. Please note there is a prerequisite zoom class in order to participate in this session. It is scheduled for May 12th, 6:30-8:30 pm and you can register at go.ncsu.edu/foodpreserving.
