Phi Lambda Omega's April 24, 2022 Chapter Meeting Greetings Sorors, We welcome you back on site for our first post-COVID chapter meeting of 2022. As we prepare to gather together as a chapter, all Sorors are required to register for in-person attendance. We will adhere to all current CDC regulations and Alpha Kappa Alpha COVID protocols. As a sisterly reminder, all Sorors who wish to attend in-person events must be fully vaccinated with a negative COVID-19 test 24-72 hours prior to the date of the event. We ask that all in-person, registered attendees arrive prior to the start of the chapter meeting (no earlier than 2:45 pm CST). You will be checked in via QR code scan to be generated upon your Eventbrite registration* (*please retain your QR code and ticket confirmation). Additionally, if your vaccination has not previously been verified, please be prepared to complete a vaccination verification process on site. Sanitation stations will be accessible throughout the church venue. However, please ensure you are equipped with your own PPE: hand sanitizer, mask, and your health screening questionnaire and waiver. Please plan to arrive as early as 2:45 PM for the Soror check-in per corporate COVID-19 protocol. Sorors, we will not be able to open the doors earlier as we must complete our COVID-19 sanitization protocols and set up so that we welcome you as safely as possible. Chapter Meeting begins at 4:00 pm CST.
