SF RESEARCH INSTITUTE ([email protected] or [email protected] // 415.745.4340 ) We have a new Specimen Collection Trial Program at SF Research Institute. Donor samples are critical in performing pre-clinical research. Often these samples can pave the way to biomarker discovery or help in evaluating a therapeutic target. Specimen: May include Blood, Urine, or Throat/ Nasal swabs (These are subject to vary according to requests from Sponsors) Compensation = $75 + Referral fee if you can refer 2 new, interested friends or family members to sign up. You will receive pre-loaded VISA cards Duration = 15-30 minutes Location = SF Research Institute / 2435 Ocean Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94127 You will qualify if: 1. You have a diagnosed medical health condition (Please provide your doctor's note to confirm your diagnosis) 2. You are at least 18 years old Process: Sponsors will send us weekly assignments for specific health conditions. We will then reach out to you and schedule you for your visit. We will give you a 3-5 day notice period to accommodate your schedule. APPOINTMENT ONLY - No Drop In visits What your specimen samples will be used for: -Donor samples are critical in performing pre-clinical research. Often these samples can pave the way to biomarker discovery or help in evaluating a therapeutic target. -You will qualify for multiple donations based on your health conditions and will receive compensation for each visit. Your samples are not limited to use in a single study. What you need to do: Please fill out the attached confidential Google form. (See Link) - Enter your name, age, diagnosed medical conditions, contact information - Please make sure to LIST all health conditions. This will ensure that you will be considered accordingly. - If you're unable to fill the Google form, please call 415.745.4340 or reply to us via email ([email protected] or [email protected]) with your name, age/date of birth, contact information and medical condition(s).
