The University of California, Los Angeles is excited to announce the Westwood Showdown, an annual esports tournament for high school esports The Westwood Showdown is an annual High School Esports event hosted by UCLA Esports and Bruin Broadcasting. The tournament features the best high school teams in the Greater Los Angeles Area. UCLA aims to provide students opportunities to compete and showcase their talent while providing opportunities to further their interest in esports. Westwood Showdown 2022 will be hosted on-campus at UCLA, and will feature: Educational panels featuring special guests from Riot, T1, Activision Blizzard and more!An All-Star showmatch featuring MVPs from non-final teamsGrand Finals between the two best teams in the tournament.The event is FREE to attend!
