A charity event to raise awareness for ASD and connect families & care givers w/local resources while raising funds to support those in need
This year's Autism 5k (3.1) mile family fun walk, will be held at Lane Southern Orchards in Fort Valley Ga, where some of Ga's best peaches are grown and processed. We welcome families, friends, educators, therapist, physicians and agencies who care and provide services to those on the spectrum to come be a part of an au'some event. Enjoy fun, food, and entertainment while supporting a great cause. Proceeds raised will support Middle Ga Community Action Agency's Head Start students on the spectrum as well as the ongoing projects and family support events held by Middle Ga Autism Projects sponsored in part by Single Moms Connect Inc, Suffered In Silence Inc, and Bossladi Enterprises.
