On Sunday, 4/10, OutFit – an innovative mobile fitness service bringing convenient, affordable, expertly-led private training and group fitness classes to parks and neighborhoods – celebrated one year of premium outdoor workouts in the West Broward community. Over 100 guests joined CEO and Founder Randy Hetrick for a birthday party at the OutPost at Westfield Broward Mall. The free event was open to the public and featured a special hour-long workout to highlight a sample of OutFit’s class offerings led by “Outfitters in Charge” along with a live DJ. Hetrick welcomed guests and then participated in the workout. The birthday party class incorporated OutFit’s roster of diverse classes including its signature HIIT (high intensity interval training) Strength Circuit, HIIT Cardio Circuit, Total HIIT Circuit, Tabata Circuit, Cardio Line Circuit, Strength Line Circuit, Interval Down Circuit, 30/30 HIIT Circuit and Zumba®. The class concluded with a Yoga Flow and stretching. Founder Randy Hetrick, a former Navy SEAL and Founder of TRX®, launched the pilot program in West Broward in 2021 during the COVID-19 pandemic when many of the fitness industry’s most seasoned trainers and innovators found themselves out of work and gyms closed everywhere. Hetrick brought together a team of veteran fitness industry executives to form OutFit.
