The Usual Suspects! Andy Tolins, Richard Sleigh, Bill Stetz, & John Raiser Movin' & Groovin'!! An APB has been issued for these four local musicians. They are being sought for moving and grooving violations, and causing a roots music riot. If you wish to testify on their behalf, a public hearing will be held at the Elk Creek Cafe.
