Raising money for Mental Health Awareness through fitness and good nutrition!
Your ticket includes Pre-Work Tea, Post Workout Shake, and T-shirt. Plus, a 30 Minute Pound Class, 45 Minute Bike Ride and 30 Minute SHiNE Fitness Class.

Don't have a bike? No Problem... you can drive from Goal Getter Nutrition to Down the Street Nutrition.

11:00am - 11:30am Registration & Pre-Work Out at Goal Getter Nutrition. 11656 Winnetka Ave N, Champlin
11:30-12:00pm - POUND Fitness Class
12:15-1:00pm - Bike to Down the Street Nutrition (7.1 miles) 1432 85th Ave N, Brooklyn Park
1:00-1:30pm - Rehydrate with water & Check in at Down the Street Nutrition
1:30pm - SHiNE Dance Fitness Class
2:00pm - Recovery Shakes and Celebration
