Join us for a fabulous evening as we showcase the work of our students while highlighting food and drink of the Finger Lakes. The cocktail party format will include sweet and savory hors d'oeuvres prepared by students from our Baking & Pastry and Garde-Manger & Catering classes. Students in Beverage Studies class will feature a selection of locally crafted drinks.
