We love oysters and oysters love wine - join us for a little of both with our good friends at Pelican Oyster! Your $36 ticket price includes a dozen raw or grilled famous "Salty Bird" oysters + any one glass of wine from our lineup of oyster-loving wines. Additional wine will be available for purchase onsite but oysters are limited and must be pre-ordered. Raw oysters will be served with a full setup of mignonette, hot sauces, and crackers. Grilled oysters will be cooked to perfection with Pelican Oyster's signature browned butter garlic sauce. You can drop in any time between 5:30 and 8:00pm and we'll have your oysters ready for you! About Pelican Oyster: As a new farm in Oyster Bay, located in Florida’s big bend, we are proud to be a part of the next generation of sustainable Gulf oyster farmers working hard to preserve and enhance Florida’s unique ecology. Ticketing Information Processing fees and 7.5% sales tax will be added at checkout. Due to the nature of our events, we are unable to offer refunds. However, you are welcome to transfer your tickets to someone else. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the event with the new guest’s name and information. Otherwise, they are welcome to use your name when checking in.
