This is a big, solid, old school SF practice space downtown to share with respectful, professional-minded roommates. You would be sharing with just one group, a melodic Metal band and a solo drummer. There are plenty of time slots available in the weekly schedule. The practice room is spacious with high ceilings, new carpet and fresh air. It is centrally located near Powell Street BART. We need cool considerate players who observe basic rules of respect for shared space/other people's equipment, etc. There is a brand new drum kit available for your use if desired.
