NEWBURY, MA —A 53-year-old Peabody man died from injuries suffered in a motorcycle crash on Route 95 southbound in Newbury Wednesday night. State police said at about 6:15 they responded to a crash involving a motorcycle south of the Central Street exit in Newbury. Newbury fire and EMS responded and attempted life-saving efforts to the motorcycle driver, who died at the scene. No other vehicles were involved in the crash. The cause of the crash has not been determined. Lane closures were in place for approximately two hours for crash reconstruction and cleanup
