We pay $500 per permit for assistance to get permits pulled as General Contractor and we will handle the rest. We are real estate investors with over 30 years of experience doing multiple home remodels at the same time and we have our own crew. We always use licensed and insurced sub contractors. We just need help pulling permits where you go on the permit as our general contractor. If you are interested to also give us an estimates on doing some work for us. REQUIREMENT: - Must be Licensed General Contractor in City of Miami Beach
