If you've been feeling the pressure lately, but haven't been handling it as well as you feel you could, this class is for YOU!
Our FREE community classes continue on April 26th, 2022, at 5:30pm. Hosted in the beautiful and serene Baransu Yoga Studio, this class is open to anyone who could use a little help navigating the stress in their daily lives.
We'll not only discuss exactly how stress affects us (in ways you may not even know), we will, MORE IMPORTANTLY, share with you several key strategies that will let you stand firm against the onslaught of 24/7 news, war, inflation, family stress, work problems, and other life challenges that tend to bog us down.
