Local HVAC company, looking to hire new installers and technicians. Prior experience not needed. We prefer to train from the ground up and give people a chance to step into a major trade starting from the beginning. We are looking for workers who are able to learn and grow at a fast pace, and who want to make money. Pay starts at $16 and increases often with skill improvements. The faster you learn, the faster your pay will increase. We average a 40 hour work week but there is always more optional work to do for those looking to get overtime pay. A new employee would need to be able to lift 50 lbs, move quickly, and have a good working ethic. Experienced applicants, pay DOE.
