Signature Window & Door Replacement, Inc. is looking for an energetic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as our Warehouse Coordinator to assist in the organization and staging of all materials needed to serve our customers. We are a tight-knit group providing our customers with top-notch window and door products and installation services. The ideal candidate has excellent organizational skills, can work without direct supervision, is computer literate, and is willing to contribute ideas that will enhance the overall workflow to maximize efficiency. The job of Warehouse Coordinator involves a broad range of duties, including shipping and receiving, staging of products and materials for the installation teams, and occasionally assisting with installations in the field. Responsibilities: Receiving merchandise Quality inspections of incoming shipments of windows & doors upon arrival. Wrap all windows & doors for transport. Monitor inventory levels and order project supplies such as lumber, plastic sheathing, and other supplies to maintain efficient operation for the installation teams. Maintain inventory and order updates in appropriate computer programs. Paint/prime lumber for upcoming projects. Source, order, and pick up specialty product as needed from suppliers in the surrounding Puget Sound Area. Organizing project materials by job in designated areas. Accurately place materials on shelves, in racks or other designated storage areas in an orderly manner. Deliver trim or oversized windows and doors to job sites as needed. Ensure warehouse is clean and orderly. Assist with other duties as assigned. Qualifications: High school diploma/GED Must have a valid Washington State driver’s license. Must provide a clean DMV driver abstract. Ability to safely drive & park company box truck. Basic computer skills with experience using Excel Must be organized and professional. Previous warehouse experience preferred. Ability to work on feet and carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs. Construction industry experience a plus but not required. Core Competencies: Detail-oriented. Able to perform quality control by quickly spot damage on products. Solid reading and communication skills. Basic math skills, measuring and reasoning skills. Ability to understand and execute instructions. Team player. Job type: Full-time Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Salary: $37,000.00 to $42,000.00 / year Benefits: (After 90 days) Health, dental, and vision insurance. Matching 401K. Paid holidays.
