An overnight training for all Scouts BSA unit leadership ready to guide Scouts in the out-of-doors This hands-on course provides adult leaders the practical outdoor skills they need to lead Scouts BSA -aged youth in the out-of-doors. Upon completion, leaders should feel comforable teaching Scouts the basic skils required to obtain the FIrst Class rank.
