Description
BEVERLY, MA — Cabot Street in Beverly will become Electric Avenue on April 23 as part of a Drive Electric Earth Day Event at Beverly Middle School.
The Beverly Clean Energy Advisory Committee and Danvers Electric Divison are partnering to hold the event where residents can learn more about electric vehicles — and even test drive many of them with a valid driver's license.
The event will be from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the middle school at 502 Cabot Street.
Local electric vehicle owners and experts will be there to answer questions.
Beverly's electric school bus will also be on-site — though not available for a test drive.
Parking will be in the main parking lot near the EV chargers, next to the soccer field.
Local sustainable businesses will be on hand to share their products and services.
