Press release from the City of Groton: November 13, 2020 We will be picking up leaves on Tuesday, November 24th instead of Wednesday, November 25, 2020. Please do not sweep your leaves into the street or road. Leaves accumulate into the catch basins and clog them up creating drainage problems. Pick the leaves up and put them out on the days scheduled. Your help with this situation will be greatly appreciated. Place "leaves only" in biodegradable paper bags, trash cans or cardboard boxes not larger than thirty-five (35) gallons. This press release was produced by the City of Groton.
