Maintenance person (Asheville) For mobile home park and vacation rentals compensation: 20.00 an hour, W2 employment type: full time Year round job. Call Cathie at 8283330340 to apply Primary job maintenance for 34 unit mobile home park and 4 large vacation rental homes in and around Asheville as part of a team. Secondary job cleaning vacation homes between guests as needed and assisting with deep cleaning during slow times. Essential functions: *help with remodels of new homes *maintain lawns, driveways, flower beds, potted plants, hot tubs and water falls. *communicate the needs of the park/home to the supervisor so they can be taken care of quickly *Clean and restock home between 11am and 3 pm each time a vacationer checks out. * This usually requires 3 Sundays a month from 11am to 5pm *Deep clean home, touch up paint, preform all repairs need or schedule professionals, on weekdays not rented. *arrange seasonal decorations. Qualifications: *Valid drivers license *NON SMOKER OR VAPE *pass background check *Dependable job history *proficient or comfortable learning proper use of lawn equipment, painting supplies and pool chemicals. *Strong organizational skills and communication skills Physical and Mental demands: *requires prolonged periods of walking, bending and twisting *must be able to lift 50 lbs. *must be comfortable meeting time demands on same day rentals. *must be willing to participate in both the indoor and outdoor jobs.
