We are looking for a Skilled Remodeler to move our projects along and serve our customers. In return we offer consistent year-round work in a comfortable and positive environment. Job Description W2 Employee Position $20 dollars per hour depending on experience Remodelers are familiar with a variety of tools, materials and tasks common to remodeling and construction. They change between tasks as needed to make good progress. Employee must provide good craftsmanship, be conscientious with time and materials, and communicate effectively. They show a positive, professional attitude and image to customers, coworkers, and subcontractors. They provide up to date time and task info using an app on their phone. The employee needs their own transportation, a standard set of tools and to live within 15 miles of Arden. Bilingual - English and Spanish is a plus. The ability to pass a background check and drug screening
