We are seeking an Inside Sales Agent (ISA)!  You will be responsible for the effective management and profitable operation of the Team's incoming leads Responsibilities: Field all incoming lead calls and emails, assign to Sales AssociatesDetailed notes on all leadsOrganize all leads (calls, emails, follow-ups) using the Team's current CRM program Qualifications: Previous experience in Real EstateNJ Licensed Agent (or willing to obtain license)Experience with MLS systemsStrong leadership qualitiesAbility to work under pressureAbility to work quickly but in an organized fashionExcellent Customer Service Hourly compensation + appointment bonus + commissions.
