EDGEWOOD, MD — An Edgewood man was fatally shot Tuesday night in what investigators believe was a targeted shooting. Angello Osborne, 38, of Edgewood, was shot multiple times in the upper body, officials said. At 9:01 p.m., deputies from the Southern Precinct were called to a reported shooting in the 100 block of Reider Court, where they found Osborne between two apartment buildings. Medics pronounced Osborne deceased at the scene, officials said. "At this time, while the motive remains under investigation, detectives do not believe this to be a random act," the Harford County Sheriff's Office said in a statement Wednesday. Those with information about or video of the shooting may call Detective Berg of the Harford County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigations Division at 443-409-3302. To remain anonymous, use the Metro Crime Stoppers Tip Line at 1-866-7LOCKUP. Information leading to the arrest and indictment of those responsible may qualify for a reward of up to $2,000. This is the second homicide of the year in Harford County. The other was also in Edgewood, where a man was found dead in his home Feb. 18. Two people have been charged in that case.
