Crew Helper Christian Party Rental is seeking highly motivated, entrepreneurial employees to join the “in-tents” team in Hollis, New Hampshire. $18 - $20 per hour, Overtime opportunities available. Full Job Description: In this role, you will work closely with the Logistics Management Team and Crew Chiefs, to provide the highest quality customer service and party rental equipment for large corporate events, College/University events as well as intimate back-yard functions. The perfect candidate will have a passion for the event industry and a desire to work in a family business environment that understands the value of its employees. We are looking for employees who are self-starters, willing to learn from the ground up and take on leadership responsibility. This role is an outstanding opportunity to immerse yourself in all aspects of the ever-changing event industry, while enhancing your customer service experience and improving your leadership/management skills. What you’ll do: Bring a consistent sense of positivity, high energy, and fun to the team on a daily basisDeliver and retrieve rental equipment to/from client locationsLoad and unload equipment in/from delivery vehiclesInteract courteously and professionally with customers and the general public. Respectfully interact with the Management team.Follow directions to safely perform all tasks assigned.Ability to work on feet for 8+ hours and carry loads up to 50 poundsIdentify unique, out of the box solutions to changes that arise when setting up an eventWork day starts at 7am  Our summer positions last from 16-20 weeks, perfect for the college student looking to maximize their summer earnings.
