Description

Press release from the City of Creve Coeur: April 11, 2022 The public is invited to attend a public meeting on Wednesday, April 20, to share input and learn more about the Creve Coeur Ice Arena Feasibility Study. PROS Consulting will host the meeting from 6:30-7:30 p.m. at the Dielmann Recreation Complex, 11400 Olde Cabin Rd. As part of a continued effort to improve operation and efficiency at the Creve Coeur Ice Arena, the City of Creve Coeur has contracted with PROS Consulting to conduct a program review and market analysis for the facility. In order to maintain the Ice Arena, the facility will require a significant investment of city funds in the near future to make improvements to the 18-year-old refrigerant system. The results of the feasibility study will help guide the City Council's decision on whether city funds should go toward maintaining the facility's aging infrastructure or whether the City should consider alternative uses for the Ice Arena that may better serve the community. Individuals who cannot attend in person may submit comments online. This press release was produced by the City of Creve Coeur. The views expressed here are the author's own.
